Eilola Logistics Oy’s Freight Business Acquired by Kuljetus Welin Oy

Eilola Logistics Oy’s freight business was transferred today, 14.8.2023, to Kuljetus Welin Oy via business acquisition.
Eilola continues strong growth in its crane business.
The acquisition includes freight transport employees, transport equipment, and active freight customers.
Eilola Logistics Oy, founded in 1987 in Porvoo, operates in Southern Finland and Meri-Lappi as a lifting service provider for various industries. The core business is to provide lifting services with installation and crawler cranes safely and efficiently.

Kuljetus Welin Oy is a family business operating over 70 years, focusing on order-based, special transport, and project logistics. The acquisition strengthens Kuljetus Welin’s position as a major open equipment carrier in Finland, complemented by a wide partner network.
