Industrial Lifting Services
Operating a crane in an industrial environment comes with its challenges: spaces are often tight and difficult to access, the machines to be lifted are expensive and sensitive, schedules are tight – and safety is, of course, the top priority at all times.
With Eilola’s experience and equipment, even your most demanding installation lifting needs are handled. We can access low spaces with our special low-profile crane truck, and in tight spots, for example, a steering trailer can be attached to the crane truck. Steering extension trailers are available up to 30 meters.
Accessories for special lifting tasks: winches, X-lifts, center-suspended spreaders, additional jibs.
Our fleet's maximum reach is up to 54.5 metres with an extra jib, enabling safe execution of highly demanding industrial installation lifts. Our fully electric mini cranes operate with zero local emissions, and with a minimum total weight of only 2,100 kg they are also suitable for weight-restricted sites.
Construction Lifts
On construction sites, Eilola’s crane operators work as part of site production: they execute lifts safely, communicate clearly, and react quickly to changing conditions. This keeps lifting work moving without unnecessary waiting, even under tight schedules.
We handle site installation lifts, material transfers, and transport with one coordinated fleet setup. Our equipment covers both small installation tasks and heavy lifts up to 215 ton-meters and up to 54.5 meters of reach with an extra jib. (Euro6 emission class)
Special Lifts
Does accessing your lifting site require passing through a low and narrow or weight-restricted route? Or does your site require emission-free operation? Our solution could be our Crawler track crane.
The crawling feature allows access through a passage 1.9m wide and 2.1m high. The cranes have a capacity of 57-115tm, allowing handling of pieces up to 17.5 tons.
Cranes can also be transported to the lifting site in parts over weight-restricted routes. In addition, fully electric mini cranes are ideal for restricted sites: for example, the Hoeflon C6e weighs only 2,100 kg without jib and counterweight.
Track cranes can also be operated with electric power when needed, making them quiet and emission-free. In special lifts, we also use the HOEFlink® system to verify lifting capacity, reach, and outrigger ground pressures in advance.
Maintenance Shutdowns
Maintenance shutdowns for industrial customers are critical 'efforts' that bring significant costs. They require uncompromising safety attitudes and planning. Planning and coordination of lifts together with the client and contractor bring great cost savings.
Cranes and accessories are constantly evolving, but shutdowns often rely on familiar solutions. The previously used method is not always the most efficient or safest, so we compare alternatives in advance and select the equipment that truly fits the site.
The success of a shutdown is determined months in advance. When lifting needs are collected and combined between different units, the right equipment can be selected and an efficient, shared fleet can be built. As part of lift planning, we can also model the lifts and anticipate challenges before the lifts begin.
A lift coordinator plans, directs, and documents the lifts. They ensure efficient use of equipment, respond to changes, and utilize collected data to improve future shutdowns.
Hauling
We offer professional hauling services for situations where moving an item by traditional means is not possible or practical. With our crawler, tracked carrier, and mini crane fleet, we can often replace heavy intermediate steps with a safer and faster execution model.
When there is no other way – or hauling is simply the best solution – we lift the item into place safely and efficiently. Whether it’s an air handling unit, building element, technical device, or other heavy and difficult-to-move item, we have the expertise and equipment to move it.
Safety and Quality Management in Lifting Work
Safety is the foundation of all our lifting work. Every lift is planned in advance and risks are carefully assessed. We are ISO 9001 certified, which means our operations meet the high quality and safety requirements of the industry at every stage – from planning through execution.
We are members of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health's Zero Accidents Forum, which aims to promote workplace safety and well-being. Our lift planning and supervision is carried out by accredited professionals in accordance with ISO 23813 standard. Our company also holds RALA qualification, demonstrating that our operations meet high quality and safety standards.
Through detailed written lifting plans and risk assessments, we ensure that every lift is carried out safely and in a controlled manner – even under time pressure and in changing situations. All lifting work is performed in accordance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
Lifting Planning and Modeling
We use multiple different lifting planning software to plan and visualize lifts accurately before work begins. 3D modeling allows us to anticipate challenges, select the right equipment, and optimize lift routes before a single piece is moved.
Lift planning is a statutory requirement for certain lifting operations – for example in tandem lifts where two or more machines are used in the same lift. We produce written lift plans quickly and with high quality in accordance with regulatory requirements. Planning also allows costs to be estimated and locked in before lifting operations begin.

Coordination is particularly valuable in large industrial projects where schedules are tight and safety is paramount.
