Lifting Needs Assessment
We collect lifted items, weights, dimensions, lifting points, work areas, and site restrictions into one clear starting data package.

Eilola can take responsibility for the practical project services of a lifting project, from planning to execution follow-up. The service scales from a single critical lift to a multi-phase project.
We collect lifted items, weights, dimensions, lifting points, work areas, and site restrictions into one clear starting data package.
We plan lift timing and phasing so equipment, crews, and the rest of site production fit together.
We select the right equipment, accessories, and personnel, and make sure resources are available at the right time.
We align lifting work with contractors, the client, production, and work areas to reduce overlaps and waiting time.
We produce the required lift plans, risk assessments, and execution documents, keeping the whole traceable.
We react quickly to schedule, condition, and work sequence changes and update lift execution accordingly.
By centralizing lifting services with one experienced provider, you gain significant benefits: better control, less hassle, and more time for the actual work.
Access to our entire fleet and expertise cost-effectively – without unnecessary hassle.
Stability, predictability, and the ability to offer customers precisely targeted service.
Controlled lifting work begins before equipment arrives on site. Eilola maps lifting needs, site restrictions, lifting routes, ground conditions, work areas, and schedules so execution can be planned as one whole.
Planning selects the right equipment and accessories, defines the order of work phases, and identifies potential risks in advance. This creates a realistic execution plan that supports the overall project schedule.
The service is suitable for single demanding lifts as well as larger projects where lifts are repeated across several phases or work areas.

Lifting work coordination is what separates Eilola from simply preparing a plan. The service does not stay on paper: we can manage lift scheduling, equipment use, site coordination, and documentation throughout execution.
Coordination reduces overlaps, waiting time, and unclear responsibilities. One contact person keeps the whole together, reacts to changes, and ensures lifts progress in the right order alongside other work.
This is especially valuable in projects with tight schedules, several contractors on site, or lifting equipment needed across multiple work phases.
Coordination scales from individual lifts to very large project packages: our experience includes, for example, an industrial shutdown where we coordinated the work of more than 50 units. In projects of this size, Eilola can also assign a person to safety coordination so lifting work, work areas, and other operators remain under control.

We use lift planning and modeling software to visualize lifts before execution. 3D modeling helps anticipate challenges, confirm equipment suitability, and optimize lifting routes.
For Hoeflon equipment, we use the HOEFlink® system to pre-check outrigger ground pressures, capacity, and reach. Written lift plans, risk assessments, and required documentation can be produced as part of the complete service.
Lift planning and supervision are based on current standards and an ISO 23813-oriented operating model. The goal is safe, controlled, and traceable execution even in changing site conditions.

Lift planning and coordination suit construction sites, industrial plants, maintenance shutdowns, logistics sites, and data centers where space, schedules, and safety requirements are more demanding than usual.
Eilola can join at the early project stage or support a site already in progress. The goal is a clearer whole, more efficient equipment use, and fewer surprises during execution.

Our locations in Porvoo and Tornio enable comprehensive lifting services throughout Finland. Whether the site is a construction project, industrial plant, data center, port, logistics hub, or another technically demanding environment, we plan and execute lifts safely and efficiently.
