Reliable lifting service for all phases of construction
Lifting at Construction Sites – Efficiency, Precision, and Flexibility
Construction sites present unique challenges for lifting services: spaces are often unfinished, terrain is uneven, and working conditions vary. Movement is restricted, and schedules are constantly changing. In such an environment, a successful lift requires experience, the right equipment, and quick situational awareness.
Eilola Logistics handles construction lifts efficiently and safely on all types of sites – from foundation work to element installation and finishing lifts. We can provide a single lift or a complete lifting service package for the entire site.
We work seamlessly as part of the site and add value especially when the schedule is tight and conditions require flexibility. Our goal is to carry out every lift reliably and without disruption alongside other construction work.

Equipment for Different Phases and Demanding Sites
Our fleet is suitable for lifts of all sizes – from small installations to large concrete elements, roofs, or HVAC unit lifts. We have cranes up to 215 ton-meters and a comprehensive range of accessories: winches, jibs, remote controls, lifting booms, and other special solutions ensure a safe and precise result.
On tight sites – especially in urban locations – we use lightweight, remote-controlled, and space-efficient equipment that enables lifts even in restricted spaces. If needed, we lift directly from the street, over a narrow courtyard, or inside a building under construction.

Safety, Certification, and Planning
Safety in construction lifts starts with careful planning and precise modeling. We assess site conditions, identify risks, and prepare an implementation plan using planning and modeling software from several crane manufacturers, allowing us to anticipate challenges already at the design stage.
Accurate planning optimizes equipment use, enables cost estimation and locking before the project starts, and ensures schedules and safety are met, especially in large construction projects.
Our experienced drivers and ISO 23813-accredited lifting supervisors know construction site practices and safety requirements. We use modern equipment and are an ISO 9001 certified operator.
RALA qualification, careful planning, modern modeling technology, and certified expertise ensure that every construction lift is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to the client's goals.

Personnel Lifts for Hard-to-Reach Locations
Construction sites often require working at height, in tight spaces, or otherwise hard-to-reach places. For these needs, we offer personnel lift solutions that meet EN280 directive requirements and are officially inspected as personnel lifts.
For personnel lifts, we use electric crawler cranes and 200tm truck-mounted cranes, which enable safe and precise work without separate personnel lifts. These solutions are suitable for roof installations, facade work, or finishing interior structures – efficiently and safely.

Service from Start to Finish
We can join for a single lift or participate in the entire construction project's lifting planning from the beginning. Our service scales according to the project's size and needs: we handle roof structures, elevator shafts, HVAC equipment, elements, modules, and all other lifting tasks – with the right equipment.
We work closely with site management and other contractors to ensure lifts happen at the right time and without conflicts with other construction work. We provide not only equipment and drivers – but also an experienced partner who understands the whole picture.

We serve all of Finland flexibly
