Planning and Modeling of Special Lifts
Special lifts require exceptional precision and careful preparation. We use planning and modeling software from several crane manufacturers, allowing us to visualize the lift in advance and ensure every detail is considered before starting work.
Precise modeling enables the selection of the right equipment and accessories, optimization of lifting routes, and anticipation of possible challenges. Costs can also be estimated and even locked before lifts begin, providing certainty for the project budget.
Lift planning and modeling bring special value in demanding conditions, such as tight spaces, sensitive structures, or exceptional work environments. Careful preparation ensures every special lift succeeds the first time – without surprises.
Special Equipment for Special Conditions
For special lifts, we use equipment designed specifically for demanding conditions. Our fleet includes cranes with long extension booms, steering trailer combinations, and winch and jib combinations for lifts in infrastructure sites, railway projects, or bridge installations.
Our equipment's reach and power are top-class: cranes are available up to 215 ton-meters, and we can work accurately and reliably in difficult or timed sites.
Compact Equipment and Electric Solutions
In particularly sensitive sites – such as indoors, waterfronts, or environmentally sensitive areas – we use electric mini cranes and crawler cranes. They are emission-free, quiet, and compact, and do not damage floors or other structures.
This equipment enables lifts even in places where traditional cranes do not fit or where work is restricted by space, weight limits, or emissions.
Safety and Standards-Compliant Planning
Special lifts require precise planning and responsible execution. Every work phase is carefully mapped in advance, and lift-related risks are assessed in detail. Documentation, permits, and cooperation with authorities are handled as part of the complete service.
We operate according to the ISO 9001 quality management standard, ensuring consistent, safe, and high-quality practices in all lifting projects.
We are also a member of the Zero Accidents Forum maintained by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, which aims to promote occupational safety and well-being. Membership in the forum reflects our commitment to zero-accident thinking – long-term work where the goal is that no workplace accident is acceptable.
Lift planning and supervision are carried out according to the ISO 23813 standard, and our responsible personnel are trained and accredited as required. In addition, our company has RALA qualification, confirming that every lift is performed professionally and safely – even in demanding special conditions.
Flexibility and Scalable Service
Our special lifting service adapts to the project's size and nature. We can handle a single lift, for example at night, or participate in a larger project with lifts in several locations and phases.
