Eilola Logistics Oy Acquires RPK-Palvelut Oy

Eilola Logistics Oy has acquired all shares of RPK-Palvelut Oy from Tornio.

Following the deal, RPK-Palvelut’s CEO Pasi Rousu becomes a shareholder and board member of Eilola Logistic Oy. He continues as the branch manager in Tornio.

Thanks to professional drivers with excellent attitudes and bold investments, RPK-Palvelut has grown into a significant player in the Meri-Lappi region.

The acquisition enables us to serve our customers better with a wider fleet and larger organization. The good spirit and punctuality at both locations will continue to be top priorities.
