Construction Site Lifting Changes by Phase
On construction sites, lifting needs change quickly as the project progresses. Early phases emphasize structural, element, and roof lifts, while later phases focus on MEP and indoor installations.
The site layout changes constantly, so crane positions, access routes, and storage areas must be coordinated with other contractors.
Construction lifting expertise helps keep lifts aligned with site production even under tight schedules.

Indoor-Phase and Tight-Site Lifts
When the building envelope closes and work moves indoors, a mini crane can be the best way to move glass, steel parts, MEP equipment, and other technical assemblies into place.
Fully electric and compact equipment fits through narrow access routes and suits sites where weight, emissions, or space limit traditional crane equipment.
Mini crane rental is available with or without an operator depending on project needs.

Planning and Coordination Prevent Site Delays
Eilola has experience planning construction site lifts across different project phases. Lift planning helps ensure the right equipment is on site at the right time and that lifting does not stop other production.
We assess the load, reach, crane position, ground bearing capacity, work area, and possible tandem lifts before execution. When needed, we coordinate lifts as part of the site schedule and other contractors' work.
When planning, equipment, and lifting supervision come from one partner, site communication becomes clearer, duplicate coordination is reduced, and lead time is shortened.

Tight Courtyards and Urban Construction Sites
In urban projects, the crane position may be in a courtyard, along a street, or on a restricted plot where materials, access routes, and other work phases compete for the same space.
Compact equipment and clear work-area boundaries make lifting easier when setting up a large crane is not practical or possible.

Tandem Lifts and Long Loads
Long elements, beams, and large technical assemblies may require two cranes or special lifting accessories. Eilola can plan communication, roles, and load control in advance.
In tandem lifts, a written lift plan and clear supervision are especially important. When planning and execution control come from the same partner, the load stays controlled throughout the lift.

We serve all of Finland flexibly
