Lifting services across Loviisa
Eilola Logistics Oy provides lifting services in Loviisa for industrial sites, construction projects and building equipment installations. We handle both heavy outdoor lifts and precise indoor installations with equipment matched to the site.
Loader cranes, electric mini cranes and crawler cranes provide options when space, reach or ground bearing capacity limits the work. Our experienced operators work with installers and site management to carry out each lift safely alongside other activities.
We serve central Loviisa, Valko, Tesjoki, Koskenkylä, Pernaja, Liljendal and Ruotsinpyhtää. Our lifting service is tailored to your needs, from a single equipment installation to a larger construction or industrial project.
Lifting for power plants, data centers and industry
Our modern lifting equipment and skilled personnel enable demanding indoor and outdoor lifts in data centers and nuclear power environments such as the Loviisa power plant.
We select equipment to suit the site's requirements and plan safe execution in advance. Lifts are coordinated with the available space, schedule and other operations.
We serve industry, operators around the Port of Loviisa in Valko, and construction and infrastructure sites. Our fleet suits both confined indoor spaces and open work areas.
Construction lifts and building services installations in Loviisa
We carry out precast element and steel structure lifts, roof truss installations and building services equipment lifts. Ventilation units and other heavy equipment are lifted onto roofs or into their installation positions with the precision required for the work.
A crane may need to reach a roof, position a load between structures or operate in a small yard. Our versatile fleet provides solutions for town centre renovations in Loviisa as well as larger lifts on new construction projects.
Our crane operator works as part of the site's installation team. Clear communication with site management and installers helps sequence lifts correctly and respond to changing conditions. The lifting equipment supports progress throughout the installation stage.
Mini cranes for confined sites in Loviisa
A battery-powered mini crane brings lifting capacity indoors, into confined yards and to sites accessed through narrow openings. Electric operation allows work without local exhaust emissions. Typical applications include glass installations, renovation work and precise positioning of building services equipment.
We help you choose a mini crane that fits the site and can handle the load at the required lifting radius. We check access routes, outrigger space and floor bearing capacity so the crane's compact size can be used safely inside the building.
We also offer mini crane rental with or without an operator. We help you select a suitable model and the accessories needed for the job. The mini crane rental page includes our equipment, a price calculator and a rental enquiry form.
Hoeflon C30e – machinery moves and maintenance shutdown lifts
The fully electric Hoeflon C30e combines compact dimensions with strong lifting capacity for industrial machinery installations and equipment replacements. Its Pick & Carry function allows a load to be moved using the same crane, helping combine lifting and machinery moving into one stage even in confined production areas.
Low roof structures, pipework and nearby production equipment can restrict machinery installation lifts. We check the C30e's working space, boom movements and load path before lifting. The equipment's removal and installation positions and any intermediate moves are planned with the client so the crane can be used efficiently throughout the work stage.
During a maintenance shutdown, lifts need to follow the maintenance team's work sequence and schedule. We coordinate the C30e mini crane, loader cranes and any equipment needed for moving loads within one execution plan. Our experienced operators work with maintenance and installation teams to keep equipment removal, moves and installation lifts under control.
Lift planning and equipment matched to your site
A demanding lift is resolved at the planning stage. We select equipment based on the load, lifting radius and installation height, and verify the crane position and ground bearing capacity. The crane chosen for the site is matched to the actual lifting configuration.
Lift modelling lets us examine reach, the load path and working space before the job starts. For Hoeflon equipment, we also use the HOEFlink® system to assess capacity and outrigger pressures in advance. Where needed, we prepare a written lifting plan and coordinate the lifting stages with other work.
You get lift planning, equipment and lifting work from the same partner. Tell us about the load and the work area, or send photos and drawings, so we can help find a practical solution for your Loviisa site.
