New: An AI-powered chatbot now serves on Eilola's website!

Eilola Logistics Oy has introduced an AI-powered chatbot to support customer service! Our website now features a real-time AI Chatbot in the bottom right corner.

The chatbot answers customer questions around the clock – in natural language, quickly and expertly. It understands Eilola's services, fleet, and practices, so it can provide accurate information whenever needed.

The service is designed to improve customer experience and make it easier to choose, for example, a mini crane for rental.

The chatbot is immediately available in Finnish and English. It will also be further developed in the future as needed!
